The VIP Cold Buffet offers a sumptious selection of everyone's favorite, Jumbo Fresh Shrimp, acocompanied by fruit vegetables, sandwiches, salads and desserts! A new option with the VIP Cold Buffet is the Pecan, Pear & Feta Salad which tastefully blends salty feta cheese with sweetened pecans, cranberries and pears.

The Supreme Hors d'oeuvres Buffet is similar but also includes your choice of three delicious hors d'oeuvres, domestic and imported cheeses and Norwwegian Smoked Salmon roulettes.  Divine!
